Still, I'd have to side with Green Lantern on this one. Unlike Goku, Hal is not limited to just energy blasts and melee attacks. Honestly, Green Lantern could simply freeze time and proceed to kill Goku. He could turn Goku into lead or teleport Goku to some distant corner of space. Seriously, Green Lantern has some ridiculous powers, many of which Goku has no way to counter. That was a nice read. Still, I'd have to side with Green Lantern on this one.
