I don't think being forced to see the truth would force Neo out of the matrix. He's already aware that the matrix is what it is; an incredibly complex simulation of reality. In fact it's that ability to see the truth of his surroundings in the matrix, and effect that truth with his perceptions (there is no spoon) that enables him to do the feats he does.

In the final battle of Revolutions, Neo didn't look invincible. I realize that he was fighting Smith, but he was taking damage the who way. I see no reason why Wonder Woman couldn't deal damage as well.

Anyway, the fight itself doesn't matter that much. In my scenario, she won because of her magic lasso. As long as that still works in the matrix, she should have it.

Well I understand your position but I have to disagree and say that Neo would have to win. And that's based on the rules we learned in the final movie: There's a 0: Agent Smith, and the 1: Neo Both are absolutely and entirely invincible and undamagable by anything within the matrix. The only exception is if they cancel each other out by merging and both dieing. So any character, whether superman, or Doomsday or any power of any imaginable force could harm neo or agent smith within the rules of the matrix. I can imagine one situation where you might have a draw. Suppose it was professor X vs. Neo. He could forever hold him in a mind freeze state and neither would be able to harm the other.
